All students in the professional MArch degree are admitted into their degree program. In the final 3 semesters of the 3 1/2 year track and all 4 semesters of the 2-year track, students take courses within one of four graduate research groups. Students may commit to a single graduate research group (GRG) for their tenure in the MArch or combine different groups. Students must declare their intended GRG during the prior semester. Changes from GRG to GRG may be possible within the first week of classes, if they can be accommodated on a space-available basis.
All graduate students are required to take at least one cognate in each of the four Graduate Research Groups.
