Alcohol Policy
The use of alcohol on campus is strictly prohibited except where previously approved by request to the University’s Alcohol Review Board.
Animals in Buildings
Animals are prohibited on university premises.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all UB facilities, including areas outside entrances.
Damage Policy
All students are responsible for maintaining the status of the Crosby Hall and Parker Hall facilities and equipment in the condition at original occupation. A Recycling and Waste Policy is displayed in each studio, which should be adhered to. Students will be fined for any damages to the facility or equipment resulting from student misuse. Please refer to the Policy for further information. All studios are equipped with a broom and a dust pan for clean-up on a regular basis.
Studio Key Policy
All students will sign a Studio Key Distribution Agreement at the beginning of each semester. This policy states that the student is responsible for the key issued to them and agrees to return it to the Department of Architecture at the end of the semester. Failure to return the key will result in a charge of $100.00 assessed to the student's account.
