Bio

Dominic Marinelli is the Vice President of United Spinal Association's (USA) Accessibility Services program. He heads a multi-talented staff of code officials and design professionals. Mr. Marinelli’s primary responsibilities include: Directing United Spinal’s Professional Accessibility Training program; implementing the organization’s Code Enforcement program; representing the needs of people with disabilities on city, state ,and national building code and standard development committees; developing new Accessibility Services consulting initiative aimed at providing the organization’s experience in accessibility requirements and barrier-free design to national. Due to USA’s role in the Center, Mr. Marinelli will serve as an ex-officio member of the board.
