If you cannot use the online process, please contact ap-planadmit@buffalo.edu for paper copies of the application forms and procedures . You can also print or download application and supplementary materials from the list below and then mail in to the department.
If applying online using Gradmit, the application fee is $50.
If applying using a paper application, the application fee is $70.
